Click the "Sign up" button in the top right corner of our site and complete the form in the window that opens to register free of charge. Because memberships require e-mail verification, please use an e-mail address you actively check and remember your password. Once you have filled in the form and seen the success message, a verification and activation e-mail is sent to the address you provided. Click the link in that e-mail to verify your account. If the e-mail does not arrive, check your spam folder or get in touch with us.

You can schedule your lessons on any day and time you like and create them within your lesson allowance. You can edit or delete a lesson up until 45 minutes before it is due to start.

Every new member can create one 15-minute trial lesson, either from the orange notice on the home page or from the top of your profile page after logging in.

Click the "Plans & Pricing" link in the menu to see our packages and their prices. Once you have chosen the package that suits you, click the "Create plan" button on the right to move on to the payment screens. You can pay online by bank transfer or credit card.

If your payment is successful, the system takes you straight to the page where you create your lesson plans. That means you can build your schedule immediately and take your first lesson on the day and time you choose.

When you pay by bank transfer, go to the Accounting tab in your student panel and click the "Notify payment" button next to the relevant order to report your transfer. After your notification, your payment is approved during business hours and your subscription becomes active.

At Birebironline, lessons are delivered through Zoom. You need a reliable internet connection and a device that meets Zoom's minimum technical requirements. Because Zoom supports multiple platforms, you can join lessons from a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or phone. For presentations you can use Microsoft Office or Google Docs, and for PDF files programs such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit Reader.
