Guarantee, Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Birebironline we stand behind the quality of our service and set out our cancellation and refund terms for subscriptions and lessons transparently.

The BUYER may edit or delete a lesson through the student panel up until 45 minutes before it is due to start. Cancellations made within this window are credited back to the lesson allowance.

Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal applies provided that performance of the service has not yet begun. For subscriptions that have not yet been used, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within the statutory period.

For subscriptions where performance has begun (lessons have been taken), any refund is assessed on the remaining amount after deducting the lessons and time already used. Refund requests can be submitted through the form on our contact page or through support requests.

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method and within the statutory time limits.
