Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between Birebironline (the "SELLER") and the member purchasing the service (the "BUYER") pursuant to Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The subject of this agreement is the sale and provision of the online language education service ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's birebironline.com website. The essential characteristics of the service, its sale price and the payment method are communicated to the BUYER during the order process.

By confirming the order, the BUYER accepts that they have approved the characteristics of the service, its sale price and the payment method. The number of lessons, the duration and the weekly lesson limits of a subscription are determined by the selected plan.

Payment may be made by credit card or bank transfer/EFT. For credit card payments the subscription is activated immediately; for bank transfer/EFT payments it is activated during business hours once the payment has been confirmed.

Matters not regulated by this agreement are governed by Law no. 6502 and the relevant legislation. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
